1. @FTC has taken action against Adobe and two executives for pushing people into subscriptions and then making it absurdly hard to cancel.
Adobe ambushed users with hefty "early termination fees" and threw up obstacles when people tried to cancel.

Next time you see someone do this to another artist and claim that:
- "using a different medium is transformative and not copyright infringement", or
- "this was found on the internet so it's free to use!"
Show them my case. Because they are wrong. 8/ tageblatt.lu/headlines/luxemβ¦

I won. I won my appeal.
The Luxembourg court has ruled that Jeff Dieschburg infringed upon my copyright when he used my work without consent.
Using a different medium was irrelevant. My work being 'available online' was irrelevant. Consent was necessary. 1/

Maybe one of the oddest professions in Japan is that of the bokka (ζ©θ·). Porters who carry supplies to remote mountain guesthouses inaccessible to vehicles. A bokka uses customized wooden ladder frames to carry 100-165kg of supplies on day long marches (walk up, run down).

If you're looking to invest in your YouTube channel, content creation journey, TikTok, or business, you should hire a video editor.
Focus on making and recording that awesome content, while an editor, like myself, can take the workload of editing off of your shoulders!
The Shadeless Den is always looking for more clients! I can match any style you'd like! Reply below so we can chat about your next project!

Iβve started a Patreon! π
Iβd been wanting to start one for a while and I figured content from this yearβs October Playlist was the place to start. I hope this can be a space to share exclusive music-inspired art and more behind the scenes content!
