This is all in the eyes. An natural smile includes the eyes, wide open eyes is not part of a natural smile. Often eyes are almost closed when smiling.

It’s impossible to mask or hide feelings. It always ‘leaks’ out. People don’t know what to look for. Same with peoples words. They psychologically ‘leak’ information telling us who they are
