Chuck Schumer, uber warmonger.
Back in early June 2025, when it looked like Trump might not attack Iran, Schumer attacked the prospect of peace. It’s way worse than he hasn’t stopped Trump from war, he’s pushed for aggression:
“When it comes to negotiating with the terrorist government of Iran, Trump's all over the lot. One day he sounds tough, the next day he's backing off. And now all of a sudden we find out that Witkoff and Rubio are negotiating a secret side deal with Iran. What kind of bull is this? They're going to sound tough in public and then have a side deal that lets Iran get away with everything? That's outrageous. We need to make that side deal public. Any side deal should be before Congress and, most importantly, the American people. If TACO Trump is already folding on Iran, the American people need to know about it. No side deals.”

The man below standing with indicted ICC fugitive Netanyahu and holding a Barak sniper rifle to be sent to IOF genocidaires is the man UNSG Antonio Guterres has just appointed as the new head of the UN World Food Programme. He is Luke Lindberg, a former Trump administration official and vocal Israel regime supporter who publicly praised Netanyahu in the middle of the genocide in Palestine (wishing him “godspeed”), and who is the son-in-law of Israel lobby darling US Sen. John Thune. In the meantime, WFP has announced it is cutting food aid to half a million genocide survivors in Gaza, as winter approaches and their situation grows ever more dire. This is the UN on its knees before the US empire. It will find the courage to stand up, or it will fade into permanent irrelevance. #Shame

America needs Bernie Sanders and Ayanna Pressley.
We must stop funding war crimes and genocide, and start spending our money on healthcare, housing, and education here at home.

‼️ @RealScottRitter defends @DrJillStein, facing jail time after Gaza protest arrest.
Stein's website states: "Police rammed a bicycle into Jill Stein at a peaceful student protest against the war on Gaza, then charged her with assault. She now faces a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison if convicted."

Voters resoundingly rejected the war on Iran yesterday. Democrats can't wait until January to listen.
Congress will soon be voting Trump's $1.5 TRILLION war budget.
If we want to stop the war, we have to cut off its funding.
Democrats must do everything in their power to stop this budget from passing before the new Congress takes office.
Join us next week in D.C. to tell Congress to fund our communities, not war! codepink.org/novdc26
JD Vance is now acknowledging what voters made clear at the ballot box: the war in Iran came at a major political cost to Republicans.
After months of defending Trump's war, Vance admits that voters want an end to the conflict, relief from rising costs, and a different relationship with Israel.
But acknowledging the political consequences is not the same as calling for peace.
If even the White House recognizes that Americans want this war to end, why is it still continuing?
Election night sent a message: People are tired of endless wars, blank checks for Israel, and politicians who put weapons manufacturers ahead of their constituents.
But winning elections doesn't automatically mean winning change. We can't sit back and expect Congress to deliver. We have to demand it.
That's why we're heading to Washington, DC, November 10–12, for a Taxpayer Uprising!
Our demands are clear: END the war in Iran. STOP funding Israel's war machine. CUT the Pentagon budget. INVEST in people's needs, not war profiteers.
Stop funding war. Start funding life.

The next 60 days are crucial. Trump's massive defeat last night cannot be allowed to translate to an insane escalation against Iran that tanks the global economy and sacrifices more innocent lives.
The American people said NO TO WAR last night. They said NO to higher gas prices and NO to a renewed bombing campaign that would likely escalate out of control.
We must ACT NOW. Call your congressmember and senators and DEMAND that they publicly call for an immediate moratorium on further US attacks on Iran and a full resumption of negotiations.
Democratic along with Republican representatives need to stand together and demand NO NEW US STRIKES ON IRAN.
The only path forward is a negotiated end to this madness.
Call the US Capitol Switcboard at (202) 224-3121 to be connected to your House and Senate representatives. Call EVERYDAY until they speak out.

Being pro-Palestine is good politics and good policy.
As we wait for more election results, we already know we have a strong slate heading to the Congress to fight for an end to US complicity in apartheid and genocide.
The tides are shifting. Stop Arming Israel. Free Palestine.

⚡️ABDUL EL-SAYED: “WE DID IT!”
Democrat Abdul El-Sayed declared victory in Michigan’s U.S. Senate race against Republican Mike Rogers, telling supporters in Detroit:
“I am so proud and honored to stand here as your senator-elect.”
Reflecting on the attacks against his name and Muslim faith, El-Sayed said:
“They want an America that is too small for some of us. We know that America is big enough for all of us.”
He thanked the Michiganders who welcomed him into their homes, churches and synagogues during 18 months of campaigning.
LATEST RESULTS: El-Sayed leads Rogers 51.7% to 46.3%, a margin of more than 216,000 votes, with 79.8% of the expected vote counted.

“Advocacy without action is hypocrisy.”
Had the people—along with the officials, diplomats, and UN officials—who gathered at the Macklemore's Free Palestine concert in Paris organized themselves and taken action against their own governments, which are funding the genocide—much like the people in Serbia did—they would have succeeded in halting military aid to Israel and end to the genocide in Gaza and Lebanon.
But, as the saying goes: "Give them bread and circuses, and they will never revolt."
Advocacy is great, but advocacy without action is hypocrisy.
I mean, we have been killed by weapons from your countries for three years—three years during which your weapons have continued to fuel this genocide and your tax dollars have continued to fund it, while you have done nothing but give media interviews, post on social media, musical concerts, and selling books without imposing a single sanction—not even one. You haven't even toppled a government or removed a single politician from office.
Worse still, regarding our own people in the West who wish to venture into politics or becoming famous: have you not yet had enough of exploiting our suffering to serve your own interests and election campaigns? Do you feel no shame yet?
Do not be angry with me; instead, be angry with yourself. I do not care if you hate me for this post; I am neither a politician chasing your votes nor someone seeking fame. I am simply someone living through this tragedy who wants it to end—and I want your hypocrisy to end as well; because we had enough.

Replying to @JDVance @ImdaVinman
Thanks for acknowledging these things. Better late than never. I’ll send you the hat.
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up.
So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us."
Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026.
There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true.
But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone.
Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were:
1) End the war
2) Focus on cost of living/inflation
3) Put America First
4) Change our relationship to Israel
Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.)
In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you.
The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night.
If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest.
But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there.
I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.
