Just closed on a deal that took about 11 months from beginning to end. The realtor's words to me were: "You did everything you said you would do" He followed with something he learned from his dad. "If a guy's word is not good his signature is no better"

With all the rumblings of the SEC making a deal to play the Big 10 more, I think it’s imperative @theACC and @Big12Conference form some sort of alliance, perhaps merge. Would keep a balance of power and wouldn’t allow for those two to just run away and do their own thing

Nearly a dozen power conference programs don’t meet a proposed scheduling requirement in an expanded CFP, which mandates 10 P4 games. But some of those have scheduled Oregon State or Washington State. Should they count? More in our @On3 sports biz column on3.com/news/can-greg-sankey…

✍️ How the heck did Oregon State become the most fun team in the country? A top-10 offense, a QB from FCS, a freshman WR nobody offered and a head coach leading fans in swag surfing. The Beavs are must-see TV. “Get your tickets." nytimes.com/athletic/7673417…

If you hate everything that’s happening with the state of CFB right now you should be rallying behind @BeaverFootball. A team bullied out of a power conference only to have a nation leading QB/WR duo under a first year head coach going toe to toe with schools spending 5x.
