Ironic how this was brought up on @infoamfred this morning with a @BellAliant rep who said this is an unfair characterization, and Bell provides excellent service to customers... And now there is a large outage in the city. Rural service is routinely subpar.

I hear from constituents regularly about your services. I hear more about poor and untimely service than I do about the theft of your infrastructure, while thefts of your infrastructure is a problem, so is untimely service to those that are paying some very high rates.
