So to everyone that commented on this photo, thank you! It actually was an "in camera" composite! Shot again a @Canon printed backdrop in the studio, no compositing, all lighting! This is me pushing myself, I encourage you guys to do the same and see what you can come up with!

Olympic Gold Medalist Kerron Clement photographed in the studio using one light to simulate the sun. To freeze the action I used a PCB Einstein set to a output flash duration of 1/6000th. I used a Canon 5D Mark III with the Canon 70-200mm 2.8 II lens at f/8. ISO 100 1/200th.
