Liz Truss, 25 July 2022, when warned by Rishi Sunak that her plans would make inflation worse and mortgage rates soar and lose them the next election:
‘I don’t believe in this negative, declinist language’
‘I have lots of economists that are backing my plans’

I find it very odd that we quarantine passengers from infected cruise ships for 14 days when they arrive back in the UK, but when people fly in from heavily infected areas like Lombardy we just let them in en mass without any checks whatsoever #cornoravirusuk

As a tv director, I’m not concerned with actors knowing the lines at meetings. For me it’s all about their nous, suitability and the read.
As an actor, I feel there’s a pressure to be polished (too soon) over having an understanding of the role.
Directors need to look beyond.
