Hello #DogsofTwittter, my name is Athena. I was born in Arizona in 2020. I was living with nice folks, but they had to give me up. My new family tells me I’ll like my new home. They seem nice too!

Working on early treato time. It’s not working. Mom is out of town so I thought Mr Softee would give in.

Do I look spooky or am I spooked? Lately, I become scared outside at nights, even with the staff with me. It all goes back to July 4 when fireworks were set off. A few weeks ago, more went off! I hope I get over this soon!

It’s almost 8pm and focusing on mom to deliver my evening treato! BTW, no need to see the dogtor today. I’m back to normal!

Hi pals! I haven’t tweeted in a few days. I’ve been laying low a bit, not feeling myself, but doing better. I went to the beauty parlor today and got spiffed up! Look at my cool scarf! I will go to the dogtor for a checkup, but I’m fine!

Hi pals! I sent this picture to mom, who’s out of town this weekend. I miss her and she misses me! Anywho, I’m here with dad and he’s sneaking me extra treatos! Don’t tell mom!

Good morning frens! It’s been a swell day so far! I saw my pals Baxter, Maggie and Charlotte on this morning’s walk! Then I helped Dad trim some plants and watch him clean up dead stuff. This woggle is for you, my frens!

Hi pals! I have a new fren! His name is Tica. He’s a Portuguese Water Dog. He just moved in. He’s a sweet boy!

Pals, things are returning to normal since my stay at Camp BowWow. Tonight it was cool enough to be outside with mom and dad. I’m still a bit out of sync, but tomorrow will be better.

Pals, while the hooms and I were gone, a big storm came through and knocked down one of our trees. It missed the house by a few feet. Dad’s not too sad because it was a messy tree most of the year. We’ll get a different prettier tree to replace it.

Pals, I’m home! During the ride back to the oasis I started to fall asleep! It’s good to be home.
