This is interesting for Canadian basketball.
Championships are being hosted in Toronto! Orangeville Prep is the sole Canadian prep school competing.
Canadian Mike Morreale (formerly CEBL co-founder) is the commissioner of this league. Pretty big stuff.

Du spielst gegen IMG Academy (16 first round picks und 25 draft picks seit 2020), gegen Prolific Prep (number 1 pick AJ Dybantsa 2026, Darryn Peterson 2. pick 2026), gegen Spire Academy (LaMelo Ball), Sunrise Christian Academy (Buddy Hield, Matas Buzelis, Gradey Dick), DME Academy (Murray Zwillinge und Mikel Brown) usw usw.

Traveling overseas opens your eyes to how important it is for our kids to be exposed to those players and play styles.
This is the opposite of AAU — these are the most talented programs with strong cultures and coaches who live and breathe development and winning.
