Here are the rest of the summer open gym and conditioning dates. Our clinic will be July 29-31 from 6-9pm. (We will be conditioning this week- time tbd) Tryouts are from August 5-7 from 6-9. Don’t forget your physicals for tryouts! See ya in the gym!😎🏐

There will be open gym this Saturday, June 29th from 3-5. Starting July 1st, there will be a VHSL dead period. There will be no practices of any kind next week. We will resume all open gyms- PLUS conditioning- starting July 10th.
