Very much in line with what i'm seeing on physician shortages with a few caveats...but the overarching theme is subspecialty access will continue to be a challenge.

Loving my feed full of happy med students who have matched into the residency of their dreams. Congrats to all, particularly to those who didn't match last year but have now.

+1 as faculty member and grad
Here's the thing: ppl like to look for courses named 'nutrition' or 'pain control' when the vast majority of med ed happens at the bedside on rotations named 'surgery', 'cardiology', 'internal medicine', etc.
Nutrition has been part of the official curriculum at @GWSMHS for years.

During the winter of 1996, while recording Coil, Toad recorded a darker version of The Beatles 'Hey Bulldog.' It was supposed to be a bonus or outtake for the album, but never made the final cut. Instead, it was used in the soundtrack for 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' becoming one of The Beatles few covers on a major 90s horror soundtrack.
This is one of the rare times Toad has played it live (circa 1997)
