Answer: Dysgerminoma It is the most common malignant germ cell neoplasm of the ovary and has a very good prognosis (responsive to chemoradiation). Additional IHC performed in this case to confirm the diagnosis included CD117 and OCT 3/4. #gynpath #pathtwitter #ovary

Metastatic endometrial stromal sarcoma to the bladder is extremely rare, can happen many years after the primary resection. The differential diagnosis includes large nested subtype of urothelial carcinoma. History taking could be helpful to order the right IHC #GUpath
