I’m devastated by this news. Jukka was my mentor and friend for more than 30 years, and I am where I am only because he took a chance and hired me in 1996 to work on the first ITUC course. The heritage community has lost a giant today, and I have no words to express my grief.
The ICCROM community is devastated at the news of the death of Jukka Jokilehto, one of our most prolific former staff members and a great friend of the organization.
