The shift to badge books is advantageous to learners because it includes the learners in the measuring of their proficiency and growth. Allowing learners to take part in their grading system motivates them to choose what they want to learn all while growing at their own pace

The first 3 chapters in @NaglersNotions The DEV leader book taught me that to be a leader you need to look forward to the future and anticipate what might happen over the next few years. The book is a great introduction to the mindset of a leader. Glad to be working at Mineola!
