Thank you President Trump and Secretary Rollins for continuing to support the American Farmer.

I am proud to take Vice President Vance’s pledge, and join him and President Trump, in the fight against fraud.
Together, we can ensure that American programs serve only Americans.
For 251 years, the United States Navy has dominated the seas.
Happy Birthday to the greatest Navy the world has ever seen!
It’s harvest season in Georgia and producers across the state, and the country, are hard at work harvesting crops that will go on to feed, fuel, and clothe our country.
On National Farmers Day, join me in thanking a farmer for the hard work they put in year round.
I absolutely support the sentence of death, but live-streaming executions is what jihadists do. America is better than that.
By passing the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, Republicans prevented the largest tax increase in American history.
Every Washington Democrat opposed it.
🚨 Every single Democrat in Congress voted for a $4.5 trillion TAX HIKE on American workers, families, seniors, and small businesses.
The contrast could not be more clear right now in our country.
One party is working overtime to bleed working Americans dry to fund a radical, dangerous, and destructive Communist agenda. The other is cutting your taxes, securing our border, and putting Americans FIRST.
Today is National POW/MIA Recognition Day. My grandfather, Lt. Jack Austin Scott, was a POW in WWII for 18 months before being liberated.
Join with me in honoring the service and sacrifice of our POW/MIAs and their families.
Today marks 25 years since the attacks on September 11, 2001.
Millions of Americans have been born since that tragic day. We can never allow our country to forget those who were murdered in cold blood, the heroes that saved lives, and the families that were forever broken.
5/8 "The war is costly, but allowing Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon would be far costlier. That is why President Donald Trump ordered Operation Midnight Hammer on June 22, 2025, weeks after the IAEA warned of Iran’s “rapid accumulation of over 400 kilograms of highly enriched uranium.”
If further enriched, that stockpile could have yielded material for 10 nuclear weapons. Yet, Sen. Ossoff claims that President Trump “lied” America into war, dismissing the very IAEA findings he once relied upon to defend the JCPOA."
7/8 "Sen. Ossoff’s rhetoric may help him rationalize his support of the JCPOA, but claiming the president “lied” America into war is absolutely false. We all recognize it is the political season, but on matters of national security, the American people deserve honesty, not partisan theater from their elected officials."

1/8 As Members of Congress representing the people of Georgia, it is our duty to tell the truth. Sen. Ossoff is not doing that with respect to Iran. I wrote in the AJC this morning to correct the record.
Read the highlights below:
4/8 "The regime arms Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis and Iraqi militias. It threatens international shipping lanes and continues developing increasingly capable missiles and drones. These are documented actions by a terrorist regime.
Iran chose to escalate tensions by continuing to enrich uranium far beyond the 5% limit established under the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. This is not a political talking point; it is a documented finding of the International Atomic Energy Agency that Iran had achieved 60% enrichment."
3/8 "Sen. Ossoff’s claims that the war was unprovoked and Iran poses no threat to the United States are contradicted by decades of documented behavior.
For nearly 50 years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has treated the United States as an enemy. Iran and its proxies have attacked American troops, bombed American diplomatic facilities, taken Americans hostage and supplied weapons and intelligence to kill American service members across the region."
2/8 "Both Sen. Ossoff and I serve on our respective chamber’s intelligence committees. We have access to the same classified intelligence information and are bound by the same oath not to disclose it. That said, we also share a responsibility not to mislead the American people about matters of war and peace."
Congratulations to Kiran Reddy, from Douglas, Georgia, on being named Miss Teen USA!

Last chance to register!
The Museum of Aviation is hosting a Congressional App Challenge Workshop for students across the state. This is a great, free opportunity for middle and high school students to receive hands-on learning sessions, learn what resources are available to them in the community, and how to compete in the Congressional App Challenge.
Hayward Fowler touched countless lives in our community with his lifetime of work through the lens of a video camera.
His unique ability to make everyone feel special and his commitment to preserving cherished memories will be remembered for many years to come.

I'm proud to help pass the Removing Barriers to Work for Disabled Americans Act.
Too often, disabled Americans who want to work are held back by outdated rules and benefit cliffs. This commonsense bill tests better ways to help people reenter the workforce without putting their benefits at risk.
Thanks to my good friend @AustinScottGA08 for leading on this important issue.
