It's come to my attention that someone is attempting to impersonate me via an AOL account. Any actual correspondence would come from my HarperCollins.com email address. I would also never in a million years end an email with "Keep being awesome"

I have been struggling to find any motivation to seriously write for at least the last year (have not finished anything during that time but am finally starting to re-enter that world) so this was cool to see!

And if you're curious about the story they're talking about, read it (or listen to me read it!) here: ashortstorylong.substack.com…

Catapult closing really sucks but is not particularly surprising if you know who owned it. The walls of my Perception Box are expanding!

Looks like my novel has been put on sale by our corporate Amazon overlords if you're into that kind of thing. Some cool people like the book, maybe you will too?

Recently learned that the short film I cowrote will play at the iconic Chinese Theatre next month. I don't think I'll make it unfortunately but it's pretty cool. If you're in/around Hollywood next month, keep an eye out. I'll post more details when I get them.

I was delighted to be Eric Idle's conversation partner last night. We talk all things Monty Python, The Rutles, comedy, writing, Provence, his upcoming book, and much more. I can cross "make a Python laugh" off my bucket list now. Link to the full conversation in the next post.
