EHS SCOUT'S TAKE: I think 2027 G Austin Tang from Fort Bend Austin HS has some good traits offensively.
Tang is 6'2" and will shoot the ball from deep with good assurance. Moves around the offense and seems to be able to get open when he wants to.
I can see him becoming that type of guard that can space the floor and make good decisions on offense. While playing as a team player.
Along with his 3.88 UGP and 4.23 WGP this kid is solid.
I would put Tang on my watch list as a 2027 guard to follow.

Austin is unselfish and a good defender! He works hard, stays in front of the defense without fouling and always looking to make the right play. He’s constantly finding the open teammates and making the right pass. @AustinTang_5 @NXTLevelSN @AllNOneSports1

Tang said his biggest takeaway was how much character matters at the next level.
For him, it comes down to trust. If a coach knows a player will handle things the right way off the court, the focus can stay on basketball.

Tang impressed at All-N-One Sports College Camp. He displayed a solid all-around game.
Shot making from the perimeter, rebounding, defense and his feel for the game were all on display during the camp. Tang plays with great poise, competes on both ends of the floor and knows how to positively impact possessions without forcing things.
A guard to continue looking at from the 2027 class.

🗣️Tang is a productive guard who adds value in several areas. He rebounds well from the backcourt and is effective in the open floor, where his pace and vision allow him to create advantages for teammates.
🎯In the half court, he provides another scoring option with a reliable mid-range jumper and plays with a controlled, team-oriented approach. His ability to contribute without dominating the ball gives him versatility within different offensive roles.
