ALT The picture contains a rectangular background with an image of a cloudy sky. On the top left corner, there is the title: 'Leadership Framework'. In the centre of the image, there is a green rectangle containing the quote: ‘We are drivers of change. We want to build a bridge of understanding between autistic and non-autistic communities. Using a gardening analogy, we want to seed new, healthy, robust ideas about what it means to be autistic and how we might be best encouraged and supported to live long and prosper.’ Under this quote, there is a circle containing an illustration of a woman behind a driving wheel. Under this illustration, a text says 'Autistic Driver'. On the left and right corners of this rectangle, there is an illustration of a watering can and a plant pot.
