Woke up to loud noises...again; went to the window... again and the flippers are actually building a fence around my former neighbor's yard. How long they work though because there's only so much missed sleep, sad puppy eyes and lack of time for my #AmWriting #Writing I can take

Running behind on absolutely everything. No I can't catch up, yes I do mean absolutely everything, but at least I have my peoples, the doggie and the #AmWriting #Writing

The weather's still atrocious and the dog still wants me to take her for a walkie. In the rain. In the cold. In the dark. Do you think I can negotiate? #AmWriting #Writing

It's been kind of quiet and I've actually gotten a lot of the #AmWriting #Writing done ... but please don't tell the universe. She'll send things like locusts or neighborhood workers or my dog to mess it up.

Woke up to loud banging outside my window. So after the copilot ran in we both peered out to see what was up. Apparently the flippers next door tore down this fence and enormous deck ... who needs sleep anyways? #AmWriting #Writing

Today is my cake day so I am hanging out with the dog until I run out and get me a duck later in which case the dog will dump me for the duck in a hot second ... #AmWriting #Writing

Everyone seems to have disappeared ... even the crows are gone. Somehow the copilot and I did not get the message and we are walking around our very ominous looking neighborhood and everything is suspect ... #AmWriting #Writing

No workers, no movers and no new neighbors and yet my dog insists on basking in the sunlight like she's the Queen of Sheba ... doesn't she know that I could use this time to get some of the #AmWriting #Writing done

Trying to catch up on all the errands but any time I get close the copilot rushes me outside so we can watch the army of workers tearing down my former neighbor's house. It's going to be a loud, long process #AmWriting #Writing

The weather keeps screwing with us. Any time I try to take the copilot for a walk it starts to rain but when we go back inside sunny. Rain, sunny, rain, sunny ... like someone keeps messing with the light switch #AmWriting #Writing

Turns out the lady behind us rescues cats and she's the one that belongs to all of the kitties we've seen around our tiny speck of the neighborhood. They're friends with the copilot so I am pleased ... #AmWriting #Writing

We found the cat! He was sitting like a bump on a log in front of her house waiting for someone to pick him up. When she went for him he fled to the garage but I am told he's safe ... #AmWriting #Writing

I just want to thank the people who were trying to help me with my freezer situation but before I act on any of that I had to help our neighbor try to find her cat. He generally goes for walk abouts and eventually turns up. We shall see #AmWriting #Writing

Today my icemaker went out. Not the freezer but my icemaker. So instead of doing the #AmWriting #Writing I'm going to see if I can find some of those ye oldie ice trays and at least buy me some time to fix the problem.

I've been over this a million times with him but Dad can always find a way to screw up a zoom meeting. I even had it open on his screen where all he had to do was push One. Button. and still ... #AmWriting #Writing

Got my candy, got my doggie, and now all I have to do is wait. With any luck the trick or treaters won't show up and then I get to split my candy with my doggie #AmWriting #Writing
