Celebrating the promotion of our friend @Suhaib_K_Abdeen , a warm winter day, and a new generation of wonderful @Elinav_Lab scientists!
In addition, I want to thank Mr. Morris Khan who supports my science within the "Orion fellowship for outstanding physician-scientists" and colleagues at the @SouraskyMedCtr.
On a personal note, doing basic science while also perusing a carrier in general-surgery is extremely challenging and can only be done with the support of family and friends, and I am really grateful for many precious people in life who I cherish @iamstavmoran.
In summary, mapping thousands of different gut proteins from all 3 major gut compartments (diet, microbiome, and host) can be powerful in delineating gut related diseases.
