Hey @verizonfios - if your call center is closed, lead with that. Sending me down a circuitous path of decision trees to then announce “our office is currently closed” and then disconnect isn’t customer friendly. 5m30s spent to be disconnected unceremoniously.
Chiefs spent all their skill tree points on defending the run then rolled a natural 1 on every pass defense.
Been with T-Mobile for 15+ years. So glad they advertised that they are partnering with Starlink.
I’ll be switching away from them as soon as possible.
