The only affordable Church founded hospital is St Mary’s Lacor Hospital in Gulu. Their C- Section is just 25,000 UGX. Yes cesarean section at 25k UGX. Their ICU charges 30k UGX only. For our Kampala based ones, Lu…, Nsa… and Me…, I don’t even know what to say. 🙌

The Uganda Communications Commission has noted the circulation on social media of a document titled “LIST OF ILLEGAL PROVIDERS OF ONLINE DATA COMMUNICATION AND BROADCASTING SERVICES IN UGANDA AS OF 28TH NOVEMBER 2025,” which purports to be an official UCC document. Today, Uganda police with Personal data protection fund under NITA made an abrupt visit in Ntinda were they arrested over 18 people who were working with loan apps that give loans to people then after apply rough skills in demanding loans. These apps including Funa loan and X cash app have been roughly demanding clients to the extent of calling numbers from their phone books while asking them to tell these clients to pay their money. NITA says this breaks privacy.

There's this ka loan giving company in Ntinda that's been running unregulated. They had over three loan apps and weren't paying no taxes despite operating and employing over 20 youths who have always threatened people to pay back the loans or face it rough.
