How to Sustain Your Growth After You Go Live
A lot of tokens and protocols tends to loose the attention after launch.
Here is a key post-launch move you should implement:
• Don’t let your official channels go quiet. Keep the post coming just like you did in your pre-launch phase
• Shift creator/KOL campaign away from hype to educating contents
• Roll out co-marketing partnerships and strategic ecosystem integrations
• Give users a reason to stick around via staking, liquidity incentives, new features, new opportunities
• Track on-chain metrics to spot your most loyal users and build a campaign around them
The project that keep building out their ecosystem for long term are the ones that survive past launch day.

The most ridiculous mistake you ever do is thinking marketing is about social media growth. That’s just a fraction of distribution that requires a close look to scale.
I’ve seen a brand with less than 1k followers achieve what most with huge followers wouldn’t get in years.
With marketing, observe and test different templates. Make it a norm to hire people with experience and builder’s mindset, it makes you get ahead of it.

Something absolutely crazy happened yesterday.
I decided to build something for the @CeloDevs Agents on Open Rails hackathon, on the @Textileprotocol track.
So I came up with the idea of an arbitrage FX agent.
@kiyoshi_fx_ is an autonomous FX agent on Celo.
Every minute it compares Uniswap and Textile FX across Celo's local-currency markets (Brazilian real, Argentine peso, Nigerian naira), and when one venue is cheaper than the other, it buys on one and sells on the other in seconds.
In about 6 hours it did $21,968 in volume on Textile and made $196.80 profit, on roughly $500 of capital.
146 trades, 146 profitable.
That's almost what second place in the track pays.
And before you say I'm pulling a "Kimchi", here's the wallet.

What happened:
It started with $35. The Brazilian real (wBRL) was priced differently on Uniswap and Textile, so Kiyoshi bought where it was cheap and sold where it was expensive, about $0.05 to $0.20 per trade.
Its own trading slowly closed the gap.
Late at night the gap reopened, wider.
I added capital, Kiyoshi scaled up to ~$550 trades, and the profit per trade climbed to $16 (around 2.7%).
Then the market maker repriced, the gap closed, and Kiyoshi went quiet on its own, exactly as designed.
It doesn't guess and it doesn't hold positions.
Kiyoshi only trades when both sides lock in a profit, and every transaction is tagged to my hackathon entry.
