Thought this was cool and thought Odyssey was bad
So i whipped up a site documenting this gap in rating for every movie from 2019 - present.
You can check it out out at popcorngap.com
Big discovery on Rotten Tomatoes for The Odyssey.
The real audience score is sitting at 56%, not the fake 97% they’re showing with their “Verified Audience” bullshit.
A r/KotakuInAction user figured out how to see the actual numbers behind RT’s manipulation.
Exactly what we’ve been saying. Real people are dragging this butchered mess, but Rotten Tomatoes is bending over backwards to protect it.
Classic.
It simultaneously kills entry level roles and barrier to entry.
you'd think AI has already killed web design agencies, yet the web design market is forecasted to 2x in the next 5 years...
companies continue to pay exceptional people who deeply understand the theory of the things they're instructing AI to do
i believe that AI is killing entry-level roles, but empowering specialists to do their job better & faster
Your situation might be different but can’t count how many agencies we’ve fired because they thought OUR growing #’s were their doing.

AI is going to replace entry level white collar jobs.
Oh no. The horror.
Maybe your souls purpose wasn’t supposed to be filling out forms on windows XP. How ever will humanity cope?
Oh good. More inflation.
If Republicans win the House of Representatives and the Senate in the 2026 Midterm Elections, I’m going to give all adult citizens in the United States of America, $5,000! Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to signing those checks!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This repeats a promise Trump made in September 2026. The US has approximately 250 million adult citizens so the total cost would be over 1.25 trillion dollars. Congress must approve any such federal spending.

This is why I don’t consider laser removal.
Not enough intuition to stay tattoo free, but thankfully enough to realize making them tiny so they can disseminate throughout my body probably worse.
By extrnsion the best (and smartest)tattoo removal method I’ve seen is some skateboard bunks just scratching it off with salt and ice.
The creativity of the left continues to be “to destroy”
goodbye open AI, you havent been good enough and you're getting worse.
I can do everything you're decent at cheaper with claude and less obviously deepseek.
The reason a lot of people hate/fear AI is because they thought their moat was “hard work” and not dreaming.
Hopping on the opus 5.5 motion graphics hype train
Took 1 prompt and 2 mini revisions.

It’s an extension of this, just intraspecies.
One reason the masses rebel against AI is that they correctly assess that AI is most useful to smart people (not them).
AI shifts human work from execution to orchestration, and orchestration is more cognitively demanding.
Smaller and smaller teams of smart people will be able to deliver more and more, while cognitively modest haters fade into irrelevance
Watching "In the Line of Fire" and its wild how much more serious everybody used to be about country and things like "The President".
It says a lot about where the USA is today in that if you tried to make this movie today you it'd just be ironic and silly.
I'd say the mask has slipped almost all the way off for most.
Clint has a good performance.
we need something thats like the opposite of the bechdel test where its just movies about dudes doing dude stuff and they fail if they feature women as anything more than an ephemeral ethereal ideal (not on the screen)
