New response, but the least expecting one..
They consider that my ban, which happened on October 13th of 2026, is deemed to be over 30 days. The Time that I'm writing this, It's only been 12..
Unfortunately, when I replied to this email they ignored me. So I'm lost.
Lost thousands of dollars in limiteds, an income, 10 years of memories and many many friends over something they should easily fix.
But nope, they attach me to an account named "ch", which I have no idea on who it is. The appeal system is a real struggle, and I hope they can resolve this soon. :/

Day 11.
11 days wasted, 11 days of income gone, and the only thing I can do is pray.
Praying that I get my account back or some sort of answer, because I’ve lost 10 years of memories, developing, friends, and many many more.
The limiteds I dreamed of that I achieved, gone over night because ROBLOX thought I was linked to an account named “ch”

2 months ago, I was permabanned from ROBLOX with no reason attached. I've made countless appeals, to which not a single one got a response.
I was then informed I'm legally not allowed to know anything about my ban due to being automated.

so i got my adroit dispute against roblox thrown out, turns out a real human at @Roblox sat down and verified that my account is falsely enforcement banned, then used that as a loophole to throw out the case, since i myself didnt break any rules it doesnt fall under adroit scope.

My account, JoaoDoxPaoGamer, was permanently banned on October 13, 2026, for alleged enforcement evasion involving another account (AR*****) that I don't own, recognize, or have any connection to.
The second problem is that my termination doesn't appear under "Recent Violations" on the Violations & Appeals page, making it impossible for me to appeal. Only older violations appear, even though the ban is visible under Account Status.
I've contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but they keep telling me to use the same page where my ban is missing. Even though the page itself says to contact Support if a violation isn't visible, nobody has addressed the issue.
I'm asking Roblox to investigate this false account association and help me access the appeal process. Please look into my case.

There has been a growing trend of users reporting unfair falsely bans allegedly caused by AI-automated moderation, including enforcement bans, Child Safety violations, terrorism-related violations, and asset moderation.
Thousands of accounts may have been affected by these banwaves, with users potentially losing Millions of dollars' worth of virtual assets and purchases.
I sincerely hope Roblox will take a closer look at its moderation system, investigate these reports, and ensure that innocent users are not unfairly penalized.
