Hayden was an American composer and arranger working in the 19th century. He had a huge catalogue that included this one piece for guitar and flute!

We had a great time last night! Thanks to our wonderful audience and thanks to the Canada Council for the Arts and The City of Hamilton for supporting the research and presentation of this program!
Time for our happy faces! We are once again the happiest band in the land as the Canada Council for the Arts is supporting our very exciting new commissioning project - we are thrilled.
We’ll be sharing more details of our project soon!
Some of the composers you’ll hear on our September 16th program at the Old Town Hall in Ancaster. Loïsa Puget and Pauline Duchambge composed many tremendously popular songs in the 1800s and Catharina Pratten was the most important figure in England’s guitar scene at that time.
Hey Hamilton! We will be AT LEAST this happy if you come to our show on September 16! We’re playing 19th century tunes on 19th century instruments and we are very excited about the program.
Tickets are on our website azulineduo.com
