@comcast @comcastbusiness @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I am so disgusted with your customer service, I could puke. 3 hours and 14 minutes I was just on hold only to get hung up on before the escalation supervisor got on the phone.
I guess small claims court is my only remaining option. As well as removing all of my Airbnb’s, my 3 business accounts all need to go to i3Briadband evidently. 7 times I have called and been on the phone a minimum of 2 hours on each time with no resolution. Chat has no resolution
Airbnb customer service isn’t understanding the most basic situation. Customer service : please proof of purchase for items damaged. Me: No. The guest agrees to the damages and agrees to pay. Customer service: contact support team.
Me: you ARE the support team. Please escalate.
