For vegetarians/vegans: Fortified foods and oral supplements might suffice if you can absorb B12. But absorption is a big IF. Those with gut issues (or on meds like antacids/metformin) may need injections. Knowledge is key! (7/12)

I'm very sorry to announce that my show in Newcastle has just been cancelled by @TyneOperaHouse due to me having the 'wrong' opinions.
Thanks to the many people who've already bought tickets, your money will be refunded.
I'm going to try my best to find a different venue that allows freedom of thought and expression.
People came from far and wide to see our two shows in London last weekend. There were many in attendance who were not familiar with my work and did not previously share my views. The feedback has been entirely positive.
I really hope that more people will have the opportunity to experience 'ART-POCALYPSE'.
