I sometimes wonder if people are desensitized to these types of transformations crossing their feeds all day.
I still think it's awesome.
It took me ~4 years of trying to figure it out on my own to do what he did in 1.
Which is the entire point of Tread - I hate that it took me so long to learn every lesson the hard way.
It took me 11 years to go from 70-73 to 96-98, and by then I was out of pro ball with a completely broken body and soon to be 5 surgeries.
The reality is that most of the progress in my career could have been condensed into ~4 years with the right guidance.
And in baseball, timing is everything.
Starting to figure it out at 18 opens doors.
As a 26-year-old free agent - not so much.
High school sophomore @djaull_3 (2028 GA) was sitting 82-83 mph (T85) when he signed up last summer as a two-way.
One year later, he's touching 91 mph and just committed to a Division 1 program. 🚀

Overall, DJ has done essentially everything you could ask of an athlete. Consistent, communicative, and dialed in on nutrition from start to finish.
DJ's development trended at the right time, leading to his commitment to Jacksonville State University. 📈
