Called to setup my fios internet install for the 19th, I call to confirm, person never finalized order : appointment
Called 2 days ago to set up appointment again & get told they got to open up a ticket to see if it’s available at my address. Said they will get back to me 24/48hrs
Just called again to check up & they still need another 24/48hrs to see if it’s available
