Official Update on Forza Infinity Over the past couple of days, I've been experimenting with a multiplayer layer for Forza Horizon 2, using the incredible work from the Azimuth Launcher and inspired by @arthurherr52's work on ExtraOptions. Since then, I've received an overwhelming amount of valuable feedback across Discord, where I've been actively interacting with the community and advocating for transparency and open-source development. ForzaInfinity has been a HUGE success since day one. This momentum drove me to shift direction toward a more robust and complete path, one that is sustainable while remaining completely free. The original POC (proof of concept) for the layer has been moved to a new repository, which will soon be archived as it will no longer be actively maintained. The new, revamped Infinity Launcher will arrive this week. It comes with a bunch of new updates, full support for future FH games through Azimuth, and complete compatibility with ExtraOptions by @arthurherr52. I want to emphasize this one more time: ForzaInfinity running on your computer will ALWAYS be open-source. You can access the soon-to-be-archived ForzaInfinity POC at github.com/anarqz/forzainfin…, which is the original repository for the experiment and contains the fully open source code.
