The @BESTigers collab partners were collaborating through reflecting about their co-teaching styles and work this first semester. They were also setting their goals for semester two. They are always putting students first and making sure they are providing what is needed for all.

Everyone wants to reach EVERY child. Few are willing to do what reaching EVERY child requires. This work is dirty, hard, and exhausting. It's the small stuff....every day! But aren't kids worthy of an adult who will do what's necessary?
Can you guess what all of these chips are for?! Our November PBIS incentive voted on by our Baker stus was a movie with chips! We are super excited to start our day celebrating positive behavior!
