An inspiring morning at the grand opening of the Richard T. Farmer @BGCGC in Roll Hill. The impressive new facility will give kids a safe place to learn and grow. @govstrategies was proud to play a small role in this meaningful project.

There’s nothing better than an event that puts smiles like these on kids’ faces 🤩. An incredible night helping @sh94foundation take 25 kids from @BGCGC to King Arthur’s for a shopping spree ahead of the holidays. Giving the gift of childhood memories. Happy Holidays! 🎄🎁

🎒 OPERATION BACKPACK 🎒
These backpacks don’t quite fit me the way they used to, but I still get the excited feelings of Back to School even though it’s been…years! 🚌
We want ALL KIDS to have that excited feeling without having to worry about supplies.

PAYING IT FORWARD:
Andrew Whitworth had no idea he was inspiring a future NFL player.
... Now, that same kid from NKY (@derrickbarnes21) is giving back, in the same exact way.

This story of the mentorship provided by @RamsNFL's Andrew Whitworth to a young @BGCGC youth Derrick Barnes who later played against his mentor in the NFL serves as an example of the true impact that @BGCA_Clubs have on the future of youth here in Western Pennsylvania & beyond.
"I made it to the NFL, big Whit."
Lions rookie Derrick Barnes ran up to Whitworth at the end of their Week 7 game.
And put everything into perspective. #WPMOY
