Imagine showing someone this photo 4 years ago, Unai Emery is the best thing to happen to this football club in my lifetime #AVFC

I rest my case 🤝🏼 #AVFC

Manzambi > Rogers Jackson > Watkins Suzuki > Martinez Was almost impossible to think we’d upgrade on 3 of our best players but we absolutely have, all credit to the recruitment team 👏🏼 #AVFC

Very tough game this but expecting to see us at another level now. The slow start is forgotten, back now ready to push for Europe. Got a good feeling about Madjo & Garnacho scoring off the bench, Villa 2-0 Brentford. Thank god football is back 🙌🏼 #AVFC

Jason Cundy might be one of the greatest to ever do it, I had to just sit back and watch the man do what he does best 🤣

So weird to see us not having #AVFC players in the squad

What a ball from Hemmings that is 👏🏼 his ceiling gets bigger every game he plays #AVFC

You can’t sing shit on the Villa every week and then not sell out when we finally play you 🤣 #AVFC

Never felt more confident today, 100% +3 coming our way. Need to see Mbaye getting some minutes today, I’ve understood it so far but it’s time to unleash him. UTFV 🙌🏼💜 #AVFC

Yesterday was very frustrating to watch, especially the last 15 minutes or so. It felt very similar to a Steven Gerrard villa side, lacking creativity & intensity. But let’s not overreact here, last season is proof we can start slowly yet still achieve. You’ve got people slating Jackson like he hasn’t played against the best defence in the league & the most defensive team in the league. Every time we face a negative spell people go on like the worlds ended, give Unai time and he’ll deliver like he always does #AVFC

Onana & Kamara should have been one of the most feared midfield duos in the league this season, such a shame he got injured in the way he did. Get him tied down to a long deal and get him back on that pitch asap 🙏🏼 #AVFC

How stupid are these rules, a deadline for registering players into your UEFA squad is before the transfer deadline? Hopefully this isn’t the case and THB can be added in. Also no Madjo, after the Duran UCL success surely he was a no brainer… #AVFC

Genuinely curious, would anyone take anyone from this list? #AVFC

Lovely day for a spot of fishing, Spurs are all over the place 🤣🤣 #AVFC

Good move for him, he needs to play games and he’ll get that at a relegation battling club. Still think Spurs are lacking enough to stay up though

Good performance. The signs are very much there that we’ll be pushing for Europe again, still so much quality to come into the squad as well. I’d like to get one more attacker through the door today, then we’re completely ready to push on #AVFC
