It was our @bangkok_prep secondary students turn to enjoy and benefit from the expertise of @swim_asia John Bladon. It was great to hear of the details and 1%s that our students can bring to each of their strokes. The coaches soaked up every ounce of knowledge as they watched on!

Medals and trophies are great but you鈥檒l never achieve them if you don鈥檛 understand why you need to stay in your lane until all swimmers have finished. Development meets are so important. Thanks to @BKPSSport for hosting a great meet today.

What a brilliant morning @bangkok_prep Puppy Dash. Truly developmental focused which has taught over 600 children to compete and created a positive pathway where they flourish in a comfortable, supportive atmosphere. Thank you parents and coaches for help create that atmosphere.
