i checked X today for the first time in a while and the obsession with $SI is crazy $SI literally has the highest memecoin mindshare in all of crypto right now a lot of it is FUD from people who feel threatened a crazy amount is coming from $AI holders another portion is from holders of other coins who feel $SI threatens their bags and then there's the camp saying it's dead because it isn't already at $100m even i thought $SI had good odds of hitting $100m last week it didn't, but still hit $70m, which is crazy impressive given how this market has been it's mostly ranged and consolidated since, which is healthier but calling this 'dead' here lmao? i had to zoom out then zoom out again 1. $SI was literally trading below $2m market cap just ONE WEEK AGO read that again it's now up AT LEAST 15x, or 1,500%, in one week (even with this pullback!) and an army of some of the biggest influencers in CT wants you to believe it's dead name ONE memecoin of the same age that has performed better just one and btw, $SI is literally TWO WEEKS OLD 2. since so much of the FUD is coming from $AI holders, i checked what $AI's early days actually looked like it took $AI: - 40 days to hit $30m for the first time - 44 days to hit $70m for the first time $SI hit $70m barely ONE WEEK after launch and $AI had: - two 90% dips - AT LEAST five 50-80% dips $SI hasn't even had a full 60% dip since launch so watching someone holding $AI attack $SI while it is correcting with the 'it's dead' FUD is pretty funny especially when $SI has consistently done over $10 MILLION in DAILY onchain volume for the past week it's literally doing ~$13 MILLION in 24h onchain volume as i write this oh, and it's funny how they've all suddenly become the $SI expert when they missed the whole trade and fudded it from $2m to $70m sometimes you just need to zoom out and do your own DD instead of blindly accepting the narrative pushed by people with vested interests i wish $AI the best and hope it does well i have several trencher friends who have been very cool to me holding it, so i don't want to see it fail Nathan, the Long eco founder/main AI figure, also published a very insightful post yesterday that clearly shows his vision you can see how strategic and longsighted he is it would be much better for the AI community to align with that vision and push the right narrative instead of spending multiple posts a day fudding $SI and telling everyone it's dead because all that does is make them look threatened and that makes you ask... why are they so threatened? it also isn't a great look for their bags and could backfire when $SI starts its next leg up i'll end with this: i've documented my trades publicly for years and i have NEVER won by taking a consensus trade not once every trade i've taken was hated and heavily fudded people only started glazing and aligning AFTER those trades shattered records and proved the consensus wrong just an observation
