Anybody else find it strange that @CrowdStrike started crashing a couple of days before the bad update was pushed? To me, it looks like some people already knew… @SECGov

Bingo. Suncor intentionally waited to announce these layoffs to not hurt the UCP’s claims that they’re good at getting Oil and Gas jobs to stay in Alberta.
If the NDP had won, they would have blamed it on the NDP. But it’s the UCP & the UCP alone that failed to keep these jobs.
Thanks for nothing, UCP!!

A little data point for you, #ableg.
Wondering how much of a diff 8% vs 11% provincial tax rates can make? For a new, in situ oil sands project, it changes the break-even (10% rate of return) WTI oil price from $44.99/bbl to $45.35/bbl. Think that's changing investment? 1/

I just updated my list of Alberta communities losing doctor care.
I added a Calgary doctor, who passed away this month. According to one of his patients, 100 people lost their doctor with his passing and were instructed to find new doctors.

How much does pvt last class matt of the @UCPWarRoom lie? This is from the mandate letter the unelected Premier sent to the Minister of health. She literally ordered him to start setting up health spending accounts.
