Can you imagine sending your children to a daycare provider or school where the people in charge of their well being aren't run through a background check before being hired?
That's only the first phase. After hire, they should be monitored for court records and sex offenses.
The fact that less than 1% of the workforce aren't enrolled in ongoing monitoring is dangerous and reckless.
Trust, but verify.
This isn't about not trusting your current staff. It's about risk prevention. 2/3
The majority of people are inherently good. But that doesn't mean preventative measures should be taken.
It's the right thing to do and if you could have known, you should have known.
Consider ongoing employee monitoring.
