Was asked about toughness by a college coach. You can lift all the weights you want if you’re not tough you’re not tough. I will take tough kids every day of the week. I know 160lb wrestlers who wil beat the tar out of a 6-3 250/275 O-lineman who lacked toughness. Can’t fake it.
Getting ready to kick Week 2 off of. Phenomenal start in the first week as we completed the 2020 competition draft. . These boys love to COMPETE! Check out the team below. #ClimbTheLadder @josiahfetherst1 @AydinRain @joshryder65

In Earth’s history and in sports history, the species that doesn’t evolve, perishes.
So next time you’re thinking about skipping a workout, think of this, you’re either getting better or getting beat, because if you’re not evolving, your dying. Get to work.

Games aren't won on game day.
Games are won in the months and years before.
Success lies in hard work and preparation.

“The way you train reflects the way you fight. People say I’m not going to train too hard, I’m going to do this in training, but when it’s time to fight I’m going to step up. There is no step up. You’re just going to do what you did every day.” — Georges St. Pierre
