This Stanford neuroscientist keeps popping up on my timeline and I think it's because Elon's algorithm thinks it's @cutler1300 and I need to see it.

🚀 Looking ahead to 2026, what is the biggest, most exciting trend or architectural shift you predict for the Angular ecosystem next year?
Share your bold prediction for Angular's future 🔮
Signal forms look incredible, but I’m most excited for Angular Aria.
Material is great, but I don’t always want to go down that design path.
Being able to pair Aria + CDK, and easily layer styling of your choice on top without fighting Material is a huge win.
👍👍 to the team!

I hadn’t looked at Angular in a while. It’s way more powerful than I remember.
Angular is evolving fast into a scalable, AI-forward framework built for modern, high-performance apps.
Here’s what stands out:
𝟭) Rendering, Your Way
↳ Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR) all supported
↳ Full-page and partial hydration for optimal performance
↳ Template-level code lazy loading for faster interactions
𝟮) AI-Ready by Design
↳ Support for modern AI workflows with high quality code generation
↳ Secure by default, thanks to Google Security Engineers
↳ Performant reactivity, accessible, and built for the next generation of web apps
𝟯) Modern Developer Experience
↳ Simplified learning curve with new tools and docs
↳ Streamlined setup and first-class TypeScript integration
↳ Designed for teams building serious, production-grade apps
If you haven’t checked out Angular recently, now’s the time.

The resource API is full of neat tricks - did you know you can stream a response, too? This feature and more are available in Angular 19.2

If you think Cursor + Sonnet 3.5 is a "junior engineer," you need to raise your standards.
I don't know how much things have changed, but I was so much better when I started than this.
I was coherent, self-aware, and learned from my mistakes immediately. Cursor is none of these things.
I get it! Cursor, paired with a good model, is very helpful in building TODO applications and simple web pages without knowing how to code. It's also a great copilot for experienced developers.
But I would expect real developers to be smart, regardless of how new they are to development.
The worst part about this:
Mediocre middle managers who know nothing about coding will believe this hype and cause a lot of damage to companies.
The best part about this:
Demand for professional developers will increase dramatically as soon as companies realize their mistakes and try to fix the mess they got into.
