Travel Ball coaches, When your athlete plays in multiple sports, don’t get mad when they miss a practice since they’re competing & being active in other sports. Multiple sport athletes have stronger mentality & have an opportunity to use and strengthen different muscle groups.

“I want guys to run Track in the Spring. It’s hard to manufacture that level of competition. It’s You vs. the Clock. When you get out on the track and compete you’re going to get better.” - Chip Kelly

I have come to believe that there is no such thing as lactose intolerance. It's simply people with PTSD over their real father leaving to go get milk.

This team may be few but they absolutely showed out this weekend. PR's across the board and an awesome showing of competitive drive. Definitely a proud coach moment.

POTENTIAL and TALENT are four letter words. Every town in America has a D1 athlete with Pop Warner work ethic. You aren’t special, you are lazy. Get HABITS or get passed by the people who have them! Don’t do it for your coach, do it for yourself!!!
