This was the last time I worked with Randy Pedersen after a great run at @FOXSports @FS1 @PBATour shows in Reno at the World Series of Bowling. Always energetic, always entertaining. He was one of a kind. RIP RP. We miss you.
That one was heavy. Important, but heavy.
Larry knew Randy since the very beginning of his @PBATour journey in 1980.
I hope talking about Randy’s life and legacy helps in some small way, both for Larry and the rest of us. youtube.com/live/kGfZrOljkKE…

Randy. You were so much more than a broadcast partner. You were a confidant, a constant joy, a great hang & the dearest of friends. Our bowling community, my family, me, miss you more than I think you know. Rest easy and drop that 8 pin upstairs.
It was so cool to get a few minutes with Randy at the World Series of Bowling in 2023. I prepared for it during USA vs The World and really enjoyed talking bowling with him. What a loss for the sport.

The PBA is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Randy Pedersen, who was among the most important professional bowling figures of the past 40 years.
Pedersen won 13 PBA Tour titles during his Hall of Fame playing career, then transitioned to television where he became the longest-tenured broadcaster in PBA history.
Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and loved ones.
