Labour’s Sadiq Khan is planning to cut £110m from the police in London. That’s the equivalent of 1,692 officers.
We think we should protect our police, who put themselves on the line to protect us.

Just received comprehensive update from policing leadership on public order.
Violence we are seeing is appalling. The police have my full backing in tackling criminality & enforcing the law - criminals will face consequences.
My best wishes go to those officers injured.

@LewishamCouncil 12 cars (mostly BMWs, Audis & Mercedes) have driven onto the heath & parked on it yet again. And not a traffic warden/policeman in sight. Can these people do whatever they like or are you going to enforce the byelaws & rules the rest of us follow? #Blackheath

Our local businesses are facing huge challenges, and we all need to do our bit as more start to reopen. We’ve put forward a motion to tonight’s Council meeting calling for a "Buy Local" campaign to encourage support for local shops, businesses and charities #ShopSafe #ShopLocal

re. South Row. Please see the letter to Lewisham Council from our Councillor @GeoffBrighty and GLA Candidiate @CDavisEltham
Myself and @GeoffBrighty wrote to Lewisham Mayor @damienegan yesterday to relay concerns regarding the implementation of the closure of South Row in Blackheath. Notably, how much notice were Greenwich and residents given of the changes, and how was this communicated to residents?

Really pleased the two Blackheath Westcombe Councillor endorsed projects topped the Area 2 Greenwich Neighbourhood Growth Fund poll so the excellent Westcombe Woodlands "Seeds to Trees" and Montessori Autism School yard projects look set for funding

Great work from @GarethBaconAM & @GLAConservative colleagues with fully costed plan showing how Sadiq Khan could put *1,378* more police officers on our streets if he wanted to.
Labour AMs voted it down. #skewedpriorities 🤦♂️
Our budget plan will put an extra 1️⃣3️⃣7️⃣8️⃣ police officers on London's streets 💙👮♂️
We'll do this by cutting @SadiqKhan's City Hall waste, spin doctors and trade union subsidies. ➡️ glaconservatives.co.uk/our-b…
