Taking our total raised for September so far over £1.25m @xceofficial.
✅ Institutions led this equity raise - at a 3.4% premium to last night’s close
✅ @adam3us bought another 13,333,333 shares - his second purchase this month
✅ Funds supporting the Bitcoin treasury, acquisitions and hiring - including the proposed acquisition of another recruitment company, which generated £1.79m revenue and £431k EBITDA in the last 12 months, holds 8.216 BTC and would double the operating business (subject to completion)
We are focused on growing revenue in the operating business with our decentralised recruitment acquisition model - and simultaneously increasing the BTC on the balance sheet.
We are targeting an uplisting in due course.
