Today's #FridayFavorites relates to the courage to dream big. Check out Creative Waves Marketing Company - a long-time dream of one of our partners. facebook.com/creativewavesma… “The only thing worse than starting something and failing … is not starting something.” – Seth Godin

Our own thoughts can often become the barricades that leave us frozen, unsure and full of doubt. This week, work on shifting your thinking to thoughts that empower, inspire and motivate - even when things seem tough and tasks seem daunting. YOU CAN. YOU WILL. #MotivationalMonday

Navigating life with a purpose helps us to remain focused on the big picture. Don't get stuck in glass half empty mode. Instead, ask yourself the tough questions. Your answers will ultimately bring you back. #motivationalmonday

Today is YOUR day to do YOU. Instead of duplicating or replicating others, let's stay focused on our own journeys and how we can be the best versions of who we want to be. #doyou #dream #authentic #MotivationalMonday

Grateful for another opportunity to make a home even more inviting. A special thank you to our client for trusting us with your project! #transformationtuesday #curbappeal

Unexpected surprises and making others smile are a few of our favorite things. Today is World Smile Day - a day created to encourage an act of kindness to make someone smile. Get out there and do your part. Share your ideas for simple, random acts of kindness. #worldsmileday

Need a site prepared for an exciting addition to your home? We can help. Check out our #transformationtuesday pictures from a recent preparation job for a metal building. #sitepreparation #siteprep

We all know an Eeyore, and we've all probably experienced someone we've felt drawn to from second one as a result of their energy. We challenge you to think about the energy that typically introduces you. Are you proud of what that looks like? #positivevibes #MotivationalMonday

There is something about the pride that comes with owning a business. When clients/customers come back for your services again and again, it's meaningful. We are always grateful for these opportunities, and appreciate the trust our clients have in us. #thankfulthursday

Fall is HERE. YEP, that's today! For those that spend A LOT of time outside, are your spaces fall ready? Whether it's prepping for a hot tub, or building the perfect space to situate your fire pit, Back Roads Solutions is ready to #transform your space. #transformationtuesday

Another Monday gives us another opportunity to do more and do better in spite of our defeats. As with many life situations that are beyond our control, our attitude toward the difficult situations is what sets the tone for what's to come. #MotivationalMonday

This week’s #workerwednesday shines the spotlight on Dan Hruska, our director of aerial services, for his laser focus (pun intended) on all the recent additions to our aerial offerings. We can’t even count the hours he’s spent devoted to education and preparation!

Putting ourselves out there to be judged is scary & there is always a risk of being wrong, but Joseph Pierce reminds us how important it is to lose that fear in pursuit of a creative life. It’s all part of the process! We challenge you to be bold this week #motivationalmonday
