What’s annoying is the board members having no problem talking to journalists instead of getting in a room together and coming to a solution with the university’s best interest. Creates a mess, something we have seen from this group on way too many occasions.
Dennis Denno mentioned
NEWS: Lots of questions/concerns surrounding MSU athletics' Spartan Ventures, particularly when it comes to the issue of transparency. MSU trustees actually have been asked to sign NDAs, with threats of six-figure fines. Trustees are refusing to sign them.

Can’t believe how courageous this woman was. Holding her ground, ready to assert her rights until these cowards just skip the dialogue and try to rip her out of her car. None of these bots or fascists will mention that she *reversed* before trying to flee. No violent intent.

Two key items in Demond Williams’ signed Washington contract as he attempts to enter the portal and transfer. Washington continues to pursue legal options to enforce the contract, per ESPN sources.
1) The buyout in the contact reads the cost of the buyout is in the “sole discretion” of Washington.
2) The contract specifically states that “the institution is not obligated to enter the Student-Athlete into the transfer portal or otherwise assist or facilitate the Student-Athlete’s transfer to another college or university.”
You can't restrict movement if they're not classified as employees.
Washington plans to pursue legal avenues to enforce Demond Williams’ contract after he signed what the university is calling a "legally binding revenue-share contract", per @RossDellenger.
Williams agreed to a new deal with the Huskies four days ago before announcing today he will enter the transfer portal. The university has been in contact with the Big Ten.
Confirmed reports that Michigan State WR Nick Marsh has committed to Indiana.
Major addition for the Hoosiers who get him closed out on his visit.

I have a white-hot take…
I actually don’t mind these posts. This is what the sport is now and I like programs providing clarity when they have it.
