@cardiffcouncil i'm on a 59 @cardiffbus. It was due at Churchill Way at 4:05pm. I watched it on the live tracker leave Custom House street on time at 4pm, it arrived here at 4:35pm while many more 57, 58 and 59 services collected up behind. This isn't volume of traffic. 1/2

@cardiffcouncil @Cardiffbus (2/2) ...this is a serious traffic phasing issue as lights were continually giving priority to other roads. A further 15 mins to get off Station Terrace, so 50 mins for a bus to drive 2 stops and get out of the city. Please help!

Hey @nextupcomedy what's with the Virgin channel 242? Just found it. It was advertising Shaparak Koursandi Live between 9pm and 10pm but there's now something with a duo called Jazz or JE that's displayed as "Live" but is being interrupted by ads in the middle of jokes?

I've worked out it's Jazz Emu now. Is this "Live" as stated or recorded and "shown as Live?" Either way, I didn't realise we could watch Fringe stuff at times other than stated on the app til now.

@OctopusEnergy hey, we had smart meters installed on 18/11, but gas couldn't be connected to the IHD. Installer told us if it didn't auto connect within 48 hours (it didn't), then someone would come round last week to have another go (they haven't).

I sent an email last Thursday to chase up. Yet to receive a response you stating your average response times are currently less than 2 days. An engineer auditor turned up on Friday but he said he wasn't allowed to look at the issue or log it with you.

Until now, the Octopus experience I've had has been flawless but something's wrong here. Promises made to me are being broken, things aren't happening as they should. I don't like taking to twitter to complain, but I feel like I'm being ignored and maybe there's a bigger issue?
