Every sunday i remind myself:
providing liquidity ≠ earning yield
providing liquidity + active range management = earning yield

Balcore is currently going through its first full week of stress testing on our internal mainnet with real capital, live market conditions and meaningful volatility. By Monday we will get Performance of Balcore for the first time. It has been a rough week for the market, and the BTC chart is one example: sharp moves, reversals and another leg down. I would say perfect to stress test the engine even first week .
After years of research and development, watching the system handle these conditions with discipline means a lot to us. The encouraging part is seeing our deployed assets earn swap fees while our four layers of defense work together to manage inventory and limit impermanent loss thorugh the volatility. Earning fees without allowing those losses to erode the underlying position is a challenge the industry continues to struggle with years after years. That’s where Balcore adds value to this industry. We’ve built an entire system around tackling one of its hardest problems, with liquidity, inventory, fees and risk managed together. Another interesting part of this business, Our fee model doesn’t depend on asset prices appreciating. It earns from swaps passing through our liquidity in either direction, while the system works to protect the deposited assets from impermanent loss.
Now lets talk little bit about the process. Traders buy and sell assets. Market makers provide the liquidity that allows those swaps to happen, earning a share of the fees. On AMM DEXs, that means supplying liquidity in an asset pair. Higher volume can bring more fees, but managing the inventory becomes critical. When swaps lean heavily in one direction, one asset accumulates while the other gets depleted. The challenge is keeping both assets available to serve swaps through price movements and reversals. Constantly chasing price to restore that balance can lock in losses and add costs. You can collect plenty of fees and still struggle to make liquidity provision a sustainable business.
Our goal at @Balcore_AI is to make that business sustainable, with fees earned from swaps staying ahead of impermanent loss. I can’t wait to review the first full week’s data this Monday, when our Monday-to-Monday settlement cycle closes. We’ll look at the net result and how the system managed its inventory throughout the week. There is still testing and refinement ahead, and these live conditions are helping us see what works as designed and where we need to improve.

First week of live market making. Real liquidity. Real market conditions. ⚡️
Balcore is testing its system across BTC/USD and AVAX/USD, refining execution, and tracking net fee generation.
The mission: protect deposited assets while keeping fees ahead of impermanent loss.
Still early. More testing. More data. Real progress.

This is @Balcore_AI's first full week of market making in our internal mainnet run.
We’ve deployed a small amount of real liquidity into our Bitcoin/Dollar and Avalanche/Dollar markets to test the system under live conditions, verify that it behaves as designed, and keep improving it.
So far, the net fee collection is looking good. A few patches still need to go in over next few days and weeks, and we have more things to check to ensure system being reacting as per architecture, but seeing years of work start producing results with real liquidity is encouraging.
Once the first full week is complete and we will be reviewed the results, I’ll share with you all the live data: net fee collection, how the underlying assets held up relative to what we deposited, and the net revenue generated from market making. Those fees come from swaps executed and settled through the liquidity. Our goal is to protect the underlying deposited assets while keeping those earnings ahead of impermanent loss, making market making a sustainable business.
It’s still a small internal deployment, with plenty of work ahead. We’ll keep testing, improving and sharing what the live data tells us.

Most LPs leave their fees sitting idle.
Those fees aren’t earning anything.
@balcore_ai automatically compounds every fee back into your position , continuously, on-chain, without you touching anything.
Idle capital is wasted capital. 🟣

Traditional market makers run algorithms on servers in New York, London, Frankfurt.
We run ours on-chain on Avalanche.
Same job. Completely different constraints.
Here’s why on-chain market making is harder and why it matters that we built it anyway. 🧵

On-chain market making also means trustless. You don’t have to trust a market maker to handle your capital fairly. Every action is on-chain, auditable, and governed by smart contracts. The strategy runs exactly as programmed. No discretion. No conflicts of interest.
On-chain isn’t always better than off-chain. It has real constraints. But for user capital? The trust model is completely different. A strategy that runs on-chain with your keys doesn’t require you to trust anyone. That’s worth the engineering constraints. → balcore.ai | Alpha open now
