1. Low-cap callouts just got nerfed, don't build a strategy around them
2. Rewards now focus on whether followers made money, not volume. Callers with followers who profit become more valuable while callers who call and dump on their followers are cooked
3. Treat a callout as a signal, not a reason to buy. Use Stalkchain to check, whether smart money is holding, whether net flow is positive and how concentrated the top holders are.
4. Watch where callers move next. Bigger and more established tokens are likely to get more calls, so track KOL activity there

We're rolling out a few big changes to the Callout Rewards program over the coming days, starting with today's payout. Here's what to expect:
- Callouts on lowcap tokens will be nerfed. We want callouts to incentivize larger wealth effects that affect more people, rather than only benefiting a small group of sophisticated traders
- Volume will cease to be the main attributer for rewards. The focus will be on what matters most: whether the people that trusted your callout were able to make money or not.
Going forward, your goal should be to lead your followers to victory, otherwise your chances of consistently earning are SIGNIFICANTLY lower.

any changes we make to the Callout Rewards algorithm lags by a number of weeks
any historic Callout Rewards data takes weeks - if not months - to change as the better actors/earners overtake the worse ones (we can't reverse any rewards, even if we believe they weren't justified after the fact!)

Given the amount of takes surrounding a completely manipulated Callout Rewards table over the past day, I thought it's best if we give you data straight from the source.
Below is a table which ranks the biggest earners alongside the exact same filters used in the table from that post - with one VERY important caveat:
We INTENTIONALLY removed any callouts over 500m for illustrative purposes, which completely skews the average MC of all these users' last 100 callouts to the downside (sorry)
Additionally, for the sake of the KOLs that I am exposing, I added a column for their average callout, since the previous author intentionally used median to hurt the optics of their callouts.
I expect there to be some cherrypicking with some of the people on this list, but the fact remains: for as many 'bad traders' we reward, there are countless GREAT traders who deserve every penny they receive in rewards

I have an irl friend who I brought under my wing 30 days ago. He had zero exposure to crypto and no apps downloaded as of Sept 1. I told him what to download, where to look to learn and let him shadow me. He shut his mouth and listened and I promise you he's making 1-3k+ a day atm in callout rewards as a NON KOL NORMIE and he calls me daily in tears of happiness when the payout hits
