16% of those experiencing homelessness are black in MultCo even though they make up only 7.2% of pop., according to Point in Time Count. Families are the largest group experiencing homelessness in that population.
Those figures climb when you include people living doubled up.

Our communities deserve full lead service line replacements (public and private side). Partial replacements can increase lead levels, and programs that only do replacements if the homeowner can pay for the private side leave low-income and renter communities with lead pipes.
